JACKLIGHT PRODUCTIONS was founded by Jeffrey Bonna in late 2003. Providing clients with an opportunity to create the highest end personal biographies and montages coupled with the service they desire. With over 18 years of experience specifically working on montages, Bonna elevated biographies and montages to a new level of expectation. A graduate from Ohio University E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, Bonna started in the film industry working for documentary legend Ken Burns. Bonna began applying his craft of filmmaking with his strong writing background - creating a natural fit to documentaries and ultimately biographies and montages. Jacklight has produced hundreds of biographies and montages for New York's most prominent people.

 Idea

It starts with an idea. Working closely with you, we come up with original concepts. We listen, we write down all the little details, and we develop what will eventually become your finished project.

 Outline

After an idea is crafted we begin the process of outlining your project. We create a script, which we then review with you for any necessary revisions. Once approved, we storyboard and layout all our shots.

 Create

We give ideas life - everything is put into action. We choose a shooting day, whether it be greenscreen or an on-location shoot. It can be a long day on set, but it's one of the most memorable and rewarding days you can experience.
After filming, we edit, key greenscreen footage, rotoscope, color correct, mix sound and overall create what will be the finished final project.
